Product Description
Packing Mall molecular sieve type 4A is an alkali alumino silicate, 4A molecular sieve has an effective pore opening of about 4 angstorms(0.4nm). 4A zeolites are available in beads of 1-2mm(10x18mesh), 2-3mm(8x12mesh),2.5-5mm(4x8mesh) and as powder, and in pellet 1.6mm,3.2mm.As desiccant in industrial, molecular sieve type 4A mainly used to adsorb water, methanol, ethanol, sulfureted hydrogen, carbon dioxide, ethylene, propylene, does not adsorb any larger molecular than 4A.

Regeneration
Molecular sieve Type 4A can be regenerated by either heating in the case of thermal swing processes; Or by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing processes. To remove moisture from a 4A molecular sieve, a temperature of 250-280º C is required. A properly regenerated molecular sieve can give moisture dew points below -100º C. The outlet concentrations on a pressure swing process will depend on the gas present, and on the conditions of the process

2.4A molecular sieve use for ammonia syn gas treating,Removal of hydrocarbons,ammonia and methanol from gas streams
3.3-5mm size 4A molecular sieve are used in the air break units of buses,trucks and locomotives as refrigerant
4.Molecular sieve 4A also can package small as desiccant.
