Product details

A958 de-oxygen protection catalyst for sulphur recovery was prepared through using special-purpose active Al2O3 as carrier and adding patented auxiliary agent, which possesses dual function of Claus activity and de-oxygen protection. The main advantages is not only having high Claus activity, but also having the function of removing the micro-oxygen in the process gas and thus protecting the following catalyst avoiding the influence of sulfated.



 



A958 catalyst can be used alone in a single reactor or loaded in the upper of active Al2O3. The loaded amount of A958 catalyst account for one-second or one third of total amount of catalyst in the reactor. A958 catalyst isn't sensitive to the fluctuation of process conditions and excessive SO2 and O2 in the process gas, therefore A958 catalyst specially suited to be used in the low load units or the units whose load often changed greatly.



A958 catalyst has been used in the many units and the data of industrial units have proved the high performance of A958 catalyst.
